Senior operators, one standard.

Harbor Group is comprised of experienced operators in communications, AI, and software. Meet who you’ll be working with.

  • Rennard Cheung

    Co-founder

Rennard is a product leader who ships. In seven years at Crypto.com, Animoca Brands, and Standard Chartered, he led products that reached millions of users for companies valued in the billions.

Lately the work is AI, end to end. For Hong Kong enterprises including HKSTP and Sino Group, he has launched AI services and carried them from first briefing into production, learning at close range where these systems earn their keep and what it takes to make them hold.

At Harbor he leads the build: the prototypes, the productised systems, and the engineering judgment behind every recommendation the firm makes.

How Harbor scores story opportunities

The two sources, how they combine, the weekly refresh, and what a score does not claim.

  1. 1

    Document

You upload what you already have. Harbor parses it and finds the topics it can own.

  2. 2

    Keywords

Each topic keeps only the quotes the code found on the page. You confirm the ones that matter.

  3. 3

    Demand and coverage

Every confirmed keyword is checked against what people search for and how much the news already covers it, refreshed every week.

  4. 4

    Opportunity score

High demand with thin coverage scores highest. Every score shows the numbers behind it.

  5. 5

    Narrative

Harbor drafts the story for the top opportunities, each passage tied to a quote.

What a score does not claim

  • A score is not a forecast. It says where attention is today, not where it will be.
  • Coverage counts published news. It does not count social posts or paid placements.
  • A keyword the document never mentions gets no score, however good the topic.

Grounded by design.

Three things that are true about how Harbor works. You can check each one.

  • Every quote is verified

A keyword keeps only the evidence the code found on the page. The model proposes and the code checks.

  • Your workspace is yours

Every org’s rows are fenced at the database with row level security, so one customer can never read another’s.

  • Your documents do not train models

Harbor uses your documents to answer you. It does not train models on them.
